Lea's Story
Life
After graduation, I married one of our classmates, Ed Reid. We had two daughters, Michelle and Terri. We divorced after seven years.
I then moved to West Germany and married a German, which made my last name Haeussler. We had a daughter, Christl. I loved living in Europe. I have traveled to all of the countries in continental Europe, Turkey, and my favorite, Greece.
I left Germany, and my German husband, 11 years later and returned to the "states". Returning home to a city I no longer recognized, due to General Motors destroying so many lives, two years later, I moved to Palatka, Florida.
While there, I became a real estate agent, which I HATED, so I went to school to become an Emergency Medical Technician. I also met a man who brought me to Pensacola and change...Expand for more

But, like my second husband, he was a hopeless alcoholic who only cared about his own selfish needs. I left him in 1999 after he broke my nose.
In 1998, I became a Pharmacy Technician because it pays better than EMT. I now am living a happy, single life and working at West Florida Hospital in the in-patient pharmacy.
I have three beautiful grandchildren, Tasha, Cohen and Kadence.
My home is close to the Naval Air Station which is the home of the Blue Angels precision air team and I can watch them practice while sitting on my front porch. The Gulf of Mexico is about three miles away, and I love taking walks on the beach.
Pensacola is truely paradise, except of course, when a hurricane comes visiting, like in 2004, when we were hit by Ivan.
